Here is a card i made today for a set. Its not OP, the monsters used to summon it are both Level 7. (or something like that):

"Yuokazya. Serpent of the Flame" + "Magma Dragon"
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by returning the above cards you control to their respective Decks. (You do not use "Polymerization".) This card cannot declare an attack during the turn it is Summoned. During each of your End Phases, if this card did not declare an attack, Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your hand. Each time you Special Summon a FIRE monster while this card is face-up on your field, this card gains ATK equal to twice the Summoned monster's ATK. When this card declares an attack, return it to your Extra Deck after Damage Calculation and Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Yuokazya. Serpent of the Flame" in face-up Attack Position.

Effect:
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Monster Cards while in Attack Position. If this card is destroyed by battle while in Attack Position, you can double the Battle Damage inflicted to your Life Points to Special Summon 2 "Gravel Tokens" (Rock-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). As long as this card remains in your Graveyard, the "Gravel Tokens" cannot be selected as an attack target.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 face-up monsters you control from play that were Special Summoned. This card gains 500 ATK for every monster you control that was Special Summoned. When this card destroys a monster your opponent controls. Special Summon the destroyed monster in face-up Attack or face-down Defense Position.
