If I could ask, how do you think of the names for your cards? What impresses me more than the creativity of these cards, is that the names for them seem so surreal.

:3 Well, the set first started off as just Vicious Archithans. Their names derived from their ferocious looks.

Then I moved into the Supporters Archithan Species, which was derived from them looking like different species of animals but looking related to the VA.

Then I extended to the Ancient Archithans, whose name came from their appearances. They looked exceedingly powerful and since when people generally think of Ancient creatures they envision great majestic beings or impressive terrible beings with is what the AAs look like.

After that I changed to Infernal Archithans. These cards were named from their fiendish appearances.

Seraphim Archithan's names came from the word seraphim which means celestic beings, which fit their appearances of celestial magnificance.

Finally the Dimension Archithans names came from their effects. Their effects deal with them removing themselves from play when attacked then resummoned during that end phase, hinting interdimensional travel.

given the effect you have for the tokens already, it wouldn't hurt to put some restrictions on it
