Destiny Islands

Sora, Wielder Of The Keyblade (Click to View)

This Monster is treated as a level 4 Monster if "Donald, The Disney Castle's Magician" or "Goofy, The Disney Castle's General" is on the field. This Monster can also be Special Summoned by removing 5 XIII Counters from a face up "Roxas, Nobody Of Twilight Town" or "Xion, Number XIV" you control. If there is a face up "Riku, The Darkness Master" or "Kairi, Princess Of Heart", this Monster gains 700 ATK and DEF points.

Riku, The Darkness Master (Click to View)

This Monster can also be Special Summoned by removing 5 XIII Counters from a face up "Riku Replica, The Data Clone" you control. If there is a face up "Sora, The Wielder Of The Keyblade" or "Kairi, Princess Of Heart", this Monster gains 500 ATK and DEF points.

Organization XIII

Organization XIII Number I, Xemnas The Superior Of The In-Between (Click to View)

Each time a monster is destroyed due to a card effect, place 1 XIII Counter on this card (max. 3). Once per turn you can remove any amount of XII Counters from any face-up monster you control (excluding this card) to increase your life points by 500 points. When this monster has 3 XIII Counters on it, remove it from play and Special Summon 1 "Xemnas Final Form, Ruler Of Nothingness" from your Deck or Graveyard. If this monster is removed from play, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field.

Organization XIII Number II, Xigbar The Freeshooter (Click to View)

Each time your opponent activates a Spell Card, place 1 "XIII Counter" on this card. For each XIII Counter, this monster's level is reduced by 1. When this monster's level is 1, decrease your opponent's LP by 1000 and remove this card from play.

Organization XIII Number III, Xaldin The Whirlwind Lancer (Click to View)

When this Monster is destroyed by battle, place 1 XIII Counter to each face up Monster you can place a counter on. Once per turn during your Draw Phase, draw 1 extra card.

Organization XIII Number IV, Vexen The Chilly Academic (Click to View)

Once per turn place 1 Chill Counter to this card. For each counter this Monster gains 200 ATK. While this card has more than 5 counters no Spell Cards can be activated. When this card has 10 or more counters, it is destroyed. When it is destroyed, infict battle damage to your opponent's LP equal to the number of counters this card had(x 100).

Organization XIII Number V, Lexaus The Silent Hero (Click to View)

If there is another face up Rock-Type Monster on the field, this Monster's level becomes 4. When this Monster is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower "Organization XIII" Monster from your hand or graveyard. If you do, remove this card from play.

Organization XIII Number VI, Zexion The Cloaked Schemer (Click to View)

Each time your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card, place 1 Lexicon Counter to this card. When this Monster is removed from the field, place XIII Counters to any card you can place them equal to the number of Lexicon Counters this card had.

Organization XIII Number VIII, Axel The Flurry Of Dancing Flames (Click to View)

Each time a Monster is destroyed by battle, place 1 XIII Counter to this card. For each counter this Monster gains 100 ATK. You can remove 5 counters to place 1 Blaze Counter to this card(Max. 3). For each Blaze Counter this Monster gains 400 ATK. You can remove 3 Blaze Counters to destroy all cards on the field.

Organization XIII Number XI, Marluxia The Gracefull Assasin (Click to View)

Each time a this card destroys a Monster in battle, place 1 XIII Counter to it. For each counter this card gains 100 ATK and DEF. While you have no cards in your hand, you can remove a number of counters from this card to Special Summon an "Organization XIII" Monster from your deck, that has the same level as the number of counters removed.

Organization XIII Number XII, Larxene The Savage Nymph (Click to View)

When this Monster is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, place it at the bottom of your deck. During your next Standby Phase Special Summon this Monster in face up Attack Position.

Organization XIII Number XIII, Roxas The Key Of Destiny (Click to View)

Each time a Monster is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned put 1 XIII Counter to this card(Max. 5). When this card has 5 counters remove them and add 1 Dual Wield Counter to it and double this its attack. While "Xion, Number XIV" is on the field, this Monster cannot be destroyed by battle. While "Organization XIII Number VIII, Axel The Flurry of Dancing Flames" is on the field, you can Summon level 7 Monsters with 1 Tribute.

Specials

Xion, Number XIV (Click to View)

Each time your opponent switches the battle position of a Monster, place 1 XIII Counter to this card. For each counter, this Monster gains 100 ATK and DEF. Once per turn you can remove a number of counters to increase the level of this Monster equal to the number of counters removed. If "Sora, The Wielder Of The Keyblade" is on the field destroy this Monster. If another "Organization XIII" Monster is removed from the field, infict 200 points of damage to your opponent's LP.

Terra, The Lingering Senitiment (Click to View)

1 Tuner + 3 or more non-Tuner Monsters
For each face up Spell and Trap Card on your opponent's field, this Monster gains 300 ATK and DEF. Once per turn, you can activate a Trap Card from your hand. If you control "Aqua, The Female Warrior" or "Ven, The Speed Master" this Monster cannot be removed from the field.

Twilight Town Nobody, Roxas Keyblade Wielder (Click to View)

Organization XIII Number XIII, Roxas The Key Of Destiny + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters
Each time a Trap Card is destroyed place 1 Limit Counter to this card(Max. 2). For each counter this Monster gains 200 ATK and 100 DEF. You can remove this card with 2 counters from play to destroy all Monsters on the field.

Traps & Spells

My Friends Are My Power (Click to View)

Activate only during your opponent's Battle Phase and when you have no cards in your hand. Draw 1 card. If it's a monster card, Special Summon it to your side of the field (it is destroyed at the end of Battle Phase). If it is a Spell Card, place it at the top of your Deck. If its a Trap Card, place it face-down on your side of the field.

Sora is OP'd just at the end. I would lower the amount of ATK/DEF he gets.
Riku is good.
Xemnas is UP'd. You should lower his level.
Marluxia's last effect makes no sense. It says when you have no cards in your hand you can Special Summon a monster from your hand. Backround is lol.
OCG has errors.
Capitalization and spelling needs some work too.

Xigbar looks fine, and it's an interesting effect. For counters though, proper OCG is that the first time you say the name, in this case XIII Counter(s), you add quotation marks around it. Then every other time, you still have XIII Counter(s), but you don't have quotes around it. So Xigbar's effect would be as follows:

Each time your opponent activates a Spell Card, place 1 "XIII Counter" on this card. For each XIII Counter, this monster's level is reduced by 1. When this monster's level is 1, decrease your opponent's LP by 1000 and remove this card from play.

I actually just fixed his entire OCG and spelling. XD

Larxene seems useless, as her only effect is a drawback and it's not like she's that powerful in stats. Roxas is OP'd as he has no drawbacks and can have 2800 ATK easily. He should be a 4-star plus give him a drawback. Terra is OP'd as he will almost always have an ATK/DEF boost, but then again, synchros are usually OP'd and he requires 4 tributes. Hmm, I can't decide if he's OP'd or not XD. His second effect is useless however, as you can always do that.

Nice..nice. OCG needs improvement though. Monster isn't always capitalized. Its, Level 4, Level is capitalized. You do not need quotations around a Counter. Its place, not put, it use to be put, but is now place. Deck and Graveyard is capitalized too.
